Our services are mainly for travelers who live in the United Arab Emirates or are starting their trip from here, especially for visa assistance. If you are based elsewhere, we may still help with flights, hotels, and itineraries, but visa support can be limited by your country’s rules.
Which countries can you help me with visas and travel planning for?
We help with visas for the United Arab Emirates and many global destinations, including Armenia, Australia, Canada, Schengen countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, Turkey, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. For travel planning, we can design both regional and international trips around your time, budget, and preferred pace.
I have never applied for a visa before—how much of the process do you actually handle?
We guide you through the entire process: advising the right visa type, giving you a clear document checklist, reviewing your files, and, where allowed, submitting and tracking the application. You provide the information and attend any required appointments; we handle the confusing parts.
How far in advance should I contact you before my planned travel dates?
Ideally, reach out at least six to eight weeks before you want to travel, especially if you need a visa. For peak seasons or complex routes, earlier is better. If your trip is sooner, still message us—we will tell you honestly what is realistic.
What if I already booked my flights or hotel, can you still help?
Yes. We can still support you with visas, remaining bookings, and a smoother itinerary. Just tell us what is already confirmed and what you still need, and we will build around it.
